Law Clerk (Commercial Real Estate / Energy)
$40 to $55/hr
This is a fully remote, flexible opportunity for a Law Clerk (Commercial Real Estate / Energy). You will apply your expertise in Commercial Real Estate Document Review, Title & Ownership Understanding, Data Extraction & Attention to Detail, Evidence-Based Analysis, Exposure to Development / Infrastructure Projects, and Power Generation Project Development to support the development and evaluation of advanced AI models, turning real world domain knowledge into high quality training data, evaluations, and feedback that improve how AI systems reason and perform.
What you will do:
- Contribute specialised knowledge in your field to AI training and evaluation projects
- Review, create, and refine tasks, questions, and assessments in your area of expertise
- Provide structured, well reasoned feedback that helps models become more accurate and reliable

- Demonstrated, hands on expertise relevant to this role
- Working knowledge of Commercial Real Estate Document Review, Title & Ownership Understanding, Data Extraction & Attention to Detail, Evidence-Based Analysis, Exposure to Development / Infrastructure Projects, Power Generation Project Development
- Strong written communication and attention to detail
- Comfort working independently in a remote, self managed setup
