Retail Operations Manager

This is a fully remote, flexible opportunity for a Retail Operations Manager. You will apply your expertise in retail operations management, merchandising, inventory management, e-commerce strategy, demand forecasting, markdown planning, pricing strategy, omnichannel operations, data analysis, data-driven decision making, competitive pricing analysis, process optimization, ai data annotation, digital collaboration tools, documentation platforms, written communication, verbal communication, team collaboration, remote work, training and mentoring, industry trend awareness, and problem-solving to support the development and evaluation of advanced AI models, turning real world domain knowledge into high quality training data, evaluations, and feedback that improve how AI systems reason and perform.

What you will do:
- Contribute specialised knowledge in your field to AI training and evaluation projects
- Review, create, and refine tasks, questions, and assessments in your area of expertise
- Provide structured, well reasoned feedback that helps models become more accurate and reliable
