Public Administrator

This is a fully remote, flexible opportunity for a Public Administrator. You will apply your expertise in public administration, government policy analysis, budget management, compliance review, urban and city planning, zoning and land use analysis, emergency management, non-profit sector experience, written communication, verbal communication, analytical skills, attention to detail, remote team collaboration, report writing, and project management to support the development and evaluation of advanced AI models, turning real world domain knowledge into high quality training data, evaluations, and feedback that improve how AI systems reason and perform.

What you will do:
- Contribute specialised knowledge in your field to AI training and evaluation projects
- Review, create, and refine tasks, questions, and assessments in your area of expertise
- Provide structured, well reasoned feedback that helps models become more accurate and reliable

- Demonstrated, hands on expertise relevant to this role
- Working knowledge of public administration, government policy analysis, budget management, compliance review, urban and city planning, zoning and land use analysis
- Strong written communication and attention to detail
- Comfort working independently in a remote, self managed setup
