Staff Ruby Engineer

This is a fully remote, flexible opportunity for a Staff Ruby Engineer. You will apply your expertise in Expert Ruby and Rails, System design and architecture, Database design, Performance optimization, API design, service-oriented architecture, Mentorship, Code Quality, and Technical leadership to support the development and evaluation of advanced AI models, turning real world domain knowledge into high quality training data, evaluations, and feedback that improve how AI systems reason and perform.

What you will do:
- Contribute specialised knowledge in your field to AI training and evaluation projects
- Review, create, and refine tasks, questions, and assessments in your area of expertise
- Provide structured, well reasoned feedback that helps models become more accurate and reliable

- Working knowledge of Expert Ruby and Rails, System design and architecture, Database design, Performance optimization, API design, service-oriented architecture
- Strong written communication and attention to detail
- Comfort working independently in a remote, self managed setup
