Adobe Specialist (After Effects)

This is a fully remote, flexible opportunity for an Adobe Specialist (After Effects). You will apply your expertise in adobe after effects, adobe creative suite, motion graphics, animation, compositing, rendering workflows, project critique, documentation creation, written communication, verbal communication, attention to detail, analytical skills, remote work management, feedback delivery, solutions-oriented mindset, expressions (after effects scripting), javascript (after effects scripting), tutorial creation, and collaboration to support the development and evaluation of advanced AI models, turning real world domain knowledge into high quality training data, evaluations, and feedback that improve how AI systems reason and perform.

What you will do:
- Contribute specialised knowledge in your field to AI training and evaluation projects
- Review, create, and refine tasks, questions, and assessments in your area of expertise
- Provide structured, well reasoned feedback that helps models become more accurate and reliable

What we look for:
- Demonstrated, hands on expertise relevant to this role
- Working knowledge of adobe after effects, adobe creative suite, motion graphics, animation, compositing, rendering workflows
- Strong written communication and attention to detail
- Comfort working independently in a remote, self managed setup
