Policy Consultant

This is a fully remote, flexible opportunity for a Policy Consultant. You will apply your expertise in advanced word skills, advanced pdf tools, policy analysis, regulatory compliance, document drafting and review, professional written communication, verbal communication, project management, attention to detail, and strategic consultation to support the development and evaluation of advanced AI models, turning real world domain knowledge into high quality training data, evaluations, and feedback that improve how AI systems reason and perform.

What you will do:
- Contribute specialised knowledge in your field to AI training and evaluation projects
- Review, create, and refine tasks, questions, and assessments in your area of expertise
- Provide structured, well reasoned feedback that helps models become more accurate and reliable

- Working knowledge of advanced word skills, advanced pdf tools, policy analysis, regulatory compliance, document drafting and review, professional written communication
- Strong written communication and attention to detail
- Comfort working independently in a remote, self managed setup
