Chemistry Expert

This is a fully remote, flexible opportunity for a Chemistry Expert. You will apply your expertise in chemistry expertise, scientific document analysis, analytical reasoning, data interpretation, research skills, question and assessment creation, english written and verbal communication, collaboration, attention to detail, and independent work to support the development and evaluation of advanced AI models, turning real world domain knowledge into high quality training data, evaluations, and feedback that improve how AI systems reason and perform.

What you will do:
- Contribute specialised knowledge in your field to AI training and evaluation projects
- Review, create, and refine tasks, questions, and assessments in your area of expertise
- Provide structured, well reasoned feedback that helps models become more accurate and reliable

- Demonstrated, hands on expertise relevant to this role
- Working knowledge of chemistry expertise, scientific document analysis, analytical reasoning, data interpretation, research skills, question and assessment creation
- Strong written communication and attention to detail
- Comfort working independently in a remote, self managed setup
