Norwegian Language Expert

This is a fully remote, flexible opportunity for a Norwegian Language Expert. You will apply your expertise in Familiarity with Speech Data Collection & AI Workflows, Attention to Detail in Quality Evaluation, Audio Transcription & Annotation Skills, Phonetics & Pronunciation Awareness, and Native or Near-Native Proficiency in Norwegian to support the development and evaluation of advanced AI models, turning real world domain knowledge into high quality training data, evaluations, and feedback that improve how AI systems reason and perform.

What you will do:
- Contribute specialised knowledge in your field to AI training and evaluation projects
- Review, create, and refine tasks, questions, and assessments in your area of expertise
- Provide structured, well reasoned feedback that helps models become more accurate and reliable

What we look for:
- Demonstrated, hands on expertise relevant to this role
- Working knowledge of Familiarity with Speech Data Collection & AI Workflows, Attention to Detail in Quality Evaluation, Audio Transcription & Annotation Skills, Phonetics & Pronunciation Awareness, Native or Near-Native Proficiency in Norwegian
- Strong written communication and attention to detail
- Comfort working independently in a remote, self managed setup
