R&D Systems & Lab Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote, flexible opportunity for a R&D Systems & Lab Operations Specialist. You will apply your expertise in electronic lab notebooks (elns), laboratory information management systems (lims), workflow design, quality assurance, documentation, digital lab process optimization, analytical skills, written communication, verbal communication, lab protocol translation, system configuration, attention to detail, cross-functional collaboration, remote teamwork, lab data management, process automation, life sciences knowledge, digital transformation, and rubric development and review to support the development and evaluation of advanced AI models, turning real world domain knowledge into high quality training data, evaluations, and feedback that improve how AI systems reason and perform.

What you will do:
- Contribute specialised knowledge in your field to AI training and evaluation projects
- Review, create, and refine tasks, questions, and assessments in your area of expertise
- Provide structured, well reasoned feedback that helps models become more accurate and reliable
