Business Operations & Analytics Specialist

This is a fully remote, flexible opportunity for a Business Operations & Analytics Specialist. You will apply your expertise in business intelligence tools, kpi reporting, data analysis, dashboard creation, process documentation, workflow optimization, data visualization, presentation design, operational review, written communication, verbal communication, stakeholder management, operational metrics analysis, rubric development, framework development, recommendation writing, and domain expertise adaptation to support the development and evaluation of advanced AI models, turning real world domain knowledge into high quality training data, evaluations, and feedback that improve how AI systems reason and perform.

What you will do:
- Contribute specialised knowledge in your field to AI training and evaluation projects
- Review, create, and refine tasks, questions, and assessments in your area of expertise
- Provide structured, well reasoned feedback that helps models become more accurate and reliable
