Academic Researchers

This is a fully remote, flexible opportunity for an Academic Researchers. You will apply your expertise in academic research, document review, ms word (advanced features: tracked changes, formatting), pdf editing and data extraction, written communication, verbal communication, attention to detail, literature review and synthesis, report writing, presentation development, collaboration with cross-functional teams, remote work proficiency, time management, deadline management, and multidisciplinary teamwork to support the development and evaluation of advanced AI models, turning real world domain knowledge into high quality training data, evaluations, and feedback that improve how AI systems reason and perform.

What you will do:
- Contribute specialised knowledge in your field to AI training and evaluation projects
- Review, create, and refine tasks, questions, and assessments in your area of expertise
- Provide structured, well reasoned feedback that helps models become more accurate and reliable

- Demonstrated, hands on expertise relevant to this role
- Working knowledge of academic research, document review, ms word (advanced features: tracked changes, formatting), pdf editing and data extraction, written communication, verbal communication
- Strong written communication and attention to detail
- Comfort working independently in a remote, self managed setup
