STEM Expert

This is a fully remote, flexible opportunity for a STEM Expert. You will apply your expertise in stem subject-matter expertise, curriculum development, data analysis, literature review, educational technology, instructional design, critical thinking, problem-solving, written and verbal communication, cross-functional collaboration, project leadership, remote work self-management, mentoring, analytical skills, and innovative pedagogical methods to support the development and evaluation of advanced AI models, turning real world domain knowledge into high quality training data, evaluations, and feedback that improve how AI systems reason and perform.

What you will do:
- Contribute specialised knowledge in your field to AI training and evaluation projects
- Review, create, and refine tasks, questions, and assessments in your area of expertise
- Provide structured, well reasoned feedback that helps models become more accurate and reliable

- Working knowledge of stem subject-matter expertise, curriculum development, data analysis, literature review, educational technology, instructional design
- Strong written communication and attention to detail
- Comfort working independently in a remote, self managed setup
