Education Specialist

This is a fully remote, flexible opportunity for an Education Specialist. You will apply your expertise in instructional design, learning sciences, assessment design, written communication, feedback delivery, collaborative teamwork, remote work competency, educational content development, critical thinking, and problem-solving to support the development and evaluation of advanced AI models, turning real world domain knowledge into high quality training data, evaluations, and feedback that improve how AI systems reason and perform.

What you will do:
- Contribute specialised knowledge in your field to AI training and evaluation projects
- Review, create, and refine tasks, questions, and assessments in your area of expertise
- Provide structured, well reasoned feedback that helps models become more accurate and reliable

- Working knowledge of instructional design, learning sciences, assessment design, written communication, feedback delivery, collaborative teamwork
- Strong written communication and attention to detail
- Comfort working independently in a remote, self managed setup
