This contract-based opportunity involves evaluating complex financial scenarios, reviewing model outputs, and contributing to the development of financial benchmarks. **2\. Key Responsibilities**

• Review AI-generated outputs related to corporate finance, capital markets, and transaction modeling

• Assess financial reasoning in areas such as valuation, M&A, leveraged finance, and capital structure

• Provide feedback on model performance and help design domain-relevant evaluations

• Collaborate with AI researchers to simulate real-world financial decision-making tasks

**3\. Ideal Qualifications**

• 5+ years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, or financial consulting

• Background at a top firm (e.g., Goldman Sachs, McKinsey, Bain, KKR, Blackstone, etc.)

• Strong understanding of valuation methodologies, financial modeling, and capital markets

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in finance, economics, accounting, or related field

• Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills

• Remote and asynchronous, full scheduling flexibility

• Estimated commitment: 20-30 hours/week
