### **Key Responsibilities**
- Participate in a structured **survey.**

- Offer feedback on administrative challenges within **small behavioral health practices**

### **Requirements**
- Licensed Behavioral Health Provider (**Psychiatrist, Psychologist, LCSW, LPC, or LMFT**)
- Currently practicing in a **clinical setting (e.g., hospital, clinic, or behavioral health center)**
- Some involvement in **insurance-related processes** (e.g., billing, claims, contracting, or reimbursement)
- Experience working in **small practice environments** (lean teams, close involvement in operations)
- Based in the **United States**
