Professional Photographer / Videographer

**About the Role:**
We’re seeking a resourceful, one-person photography/videography powerhouse who can work efficiently and produce high-quality photos and video content on demand. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, knows how to maximize their resources, and can deliver polished results without overcomplicating the process.

**What you’ll do:**

• Shoot 10 input images of people, objects, or backgrounds

• Shoot 1 output image and 1 output video that show all inputs together in the same frame

• Ensure all produced content is high quality and aligns with provided guidelines

**Qualifications:**

• 2+ years of professional photography experience

• Strong photo/video portfolio demonstrating high-quality visual storytelling

• Access to professional camera equipment (DSLR or equivalent; no phone-only setups)

• Proficiency with standard editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut)

• Able to work independently, efficiently, and under tight deadlines

• Creative, adaptable problem-solver who thrives in dynamic environments

• Self-starter with a passion for creating and experimenting with new visual ideas

**Ideal Candidate:**

**Application Process:**

• Interview: 20 minutes

• Form: 5 minutes

• Work Trial: Selected candidates will complete a **paid Work Trial ($120)**. Successful candidates will be onboarded to the project and eligible for additional work.

**Compensation:**

• Successful completion of one task will earn **$120 per task**.

• The task is expected to take about 2 hours, making the **effective rate approximately $60/hour**, but compensation is based on task completion rather than hours worked.

• **This is a per-task payment, not an hourly payment.**
